Challenge

CĂ®roc’s brand engagement was sliding, dragged down by unclear positioning, misaligned insight and a fragmented connection strategy. The brand needed to sharpen its identity, rebuild its cultural relevance and clarify its role in a fast-moving premium spirits world.

CĂ®roc still had the modern luxury credentials. What it had lost was the link to how people actually live them: the occasions, the social rituals, the nights worth marking. Reading the audience’s attitudes, their relationship with alcohol and the moments that matter to them surfaced the brand codes that could make CĂ®roc feel distinctive, desirable and genuinely plugged into culture again.

NERDS built a consumer-led repositioning anchored in CĂ®roc’s modern luxury. Using our Frontline insight platform, we created a strategic consumer playbook and a refreshed brand platform to steer campaign development, connection strategy, tone of voice and cultural expression, giving CĂ®roc a clearer role in culture and a sharper path back to relevance.
