Challenge

Reebok needed to re-establish cultural relevance across Europe, with a collaboration model that did more than trade on nostalgia. The challenge was to reconnect with younger consumers without eroding the credibility of its archive, product icons, and cultural legacy.

INSIGHT

The opportunity wasn’t to look back. It was to reframe Reebok’s heritage through the communities, aesthetics, and cultural behaviours that shape streetwear today. For that, collaborations had to be credible and selective, rooted in grassroots influence rather than short-term hype.

Strategy

NERDS shaped a European positioning and collaboration strategy, drawing clear lines around where partnerships could add value and where they couldn’t. The result was a new hype model rooted in credibility, community and long-term equity, steering partner selection, product direction, content, creative and cultural activation across key European markets.
